September 2026 Newsletter

The LHP Monthly Newsletter—featuring updates across Command Center, LHP3 websites, the Mobile App, and Loanzify POS.

Welcome to the September edition of the LHP Monthly Newsletter—your quick look at the latest improvements across Command Center, LHP3 websites, the Mobile App, and Loanzify POS.

This month’s updates help you move from lead to loan faster, preview the borrower experience with confidence, keep social content organized, and stay securely connected while you work.

01

Turn Website Leads Into Loans—Faster

Search, sort, export, and move qualified contacts into Loanzify POS with fewer clicks.

Manage leads faster with search, sorting, export, and pagination in Loanzify

Contact and lead lists now include improved search, sorting, export, and pagination tools to make it easier to find and manage the records you need. Users can search by borrower name, sort and filter by Partner or Loan Status, and export the full contact list when needed. From this screen, Loan Officers can also quickly turn website leads into new loans within Loanzify POS.

Why it matters

This creates a smoother handoff from lead management into the loan process. Once the loan is created in Loanzify POS, the Loan Officer can either collect the borrower’s information directly by phone, or send the Borrower Claim Account email when they’re ready to give the borrower access to complete their information in POS.

02

Preview the Borrower Experience Before You Share It

See exactly how your brand and co-branded partner app will look to borrowers.

Preview the borrower-facing Loanzify mobile app experience

Preview the borrower-facing version of your mobile app before sharing it. Loan Officers can view their own branded app experience, while co-branded Realtor Partners can preview their personalized partner app with their branding, headshots, and borrower tools.

Why it matters

You can now see exactly what borrowers will see when they open the app. Previewing the experience ahead of time makes it easier to understand how your branding, profile, tools, and co-branded partner presence come together before you share it.

03

Keep Every Social Post Organized

Group custom content by campaign, audience, or topic so the right post is always easy to find.

Custom-created social posts can now be organized into unique categories, making it easier to find, manage, and reuse your own content.

Why it matters

Instead of searching through one large collection of custom posts, you can keep content grouped by topic, campaign, audience, or any other system that works for you.

Currently available to account administrators, with access for Loan Officers on multi-user accounts rolling out soon.

04

Stay Signed In—Without Surprise Timeouts

Get a clear warning before your session ends, with one click to keep working securely.

Loanzify session timeout warning with an option to stay signed in

A new session timeout warning now appears after 5 minutes of inactivity, giving users the option to stay logged in and continue working. If no action is taken, the session will automatically log out after 15 minutes.

Why it matters

This helps protect sensitive information while also reducing the risk of losing work from a silent timeout. Users get a clear opportunity to extend their session and keep working before they’re automatically logged out.
