Monthly updates from the LenderHomePage team regarding the Loanzify and LenderHomePage products.

Easier Google Analytics Setup

LHP3 now includes a dedicated Google Analytics setting where users can simply enter their Measurement ID—no custom code or developer tools required.

Why it matters:
This makes website tracking easier and safer to set up, reduces the risk of code-related errors, and automatically applies Google Analytics across the entire site.

This means:

  • Simpler setup with no developer or custom code needed
  • Lower risk of tracking errors breaking your site
  • Consistent analytics coverage across every page

Loanzify Mobile: Partner Visibility on the User Tab

Loan officers can now see the referral partner associated with each borrower directly from the Loanzify Mobile Users tab, alongside the borrower's current loan milestone.

Why it matters:
This gives loan officers faster access to key relationship details, making it easier to coordinate communication with real estate partners and manage borrower progress from their mobile device.

This means:

  • Spot the referral partner behind each borrower at a glance
  • Coordinate faster with real estate partners
  • Track loan milestones without leaving the Users tab

Child Loans

Child loans support scenarios where multiple borrowers need to be included in the loan file and reflected in the MISMO data. This feature must be specifically requested and enabled for the account.

Why it matters:
Once enabled, the loan officer or account administrator can add the additional borrowers and create separate needs lists for each person. Borrowers cannot add additional borrowers themselves, helping ensure the loan structure remains accurate and properly managed.

This means:

  • Loan officers and admins control who's added to the loan file
  • Each borrower gets their own dedicated needs list
  • Loan structure stays accurate since borrowers can't self-add
