LendingQB’s loan origination system provides an automated system for lenders to build a “Consumer Direct” lending channel that enables borrowers to move from loan application to underwriting and ultimately to closing, smoothly and efficiently.
The LendingQB integration is available for both our digital mortgage websites and Loanzify mobile app.

LendingTree’s online mortgage lead generation connects lenders with quality leads. After filling out a preliminary application, potential borrowers have the option to continue to “Apply Now” with a full 1003. Potential borrowers who choose this option are taken to the Lender’s digital 1003 with the preliminary data dynamically pre-populated to their co-branded online application provided by LenderHomePage.
