For over 20 years Cindy Ertman has maintained a passion for the mortgage industry.  As National Sales Manager for RPM Mortgage Inc. and President of Platinum Capital, a branch of RPM Mortgage in Manhattan Beach, California, Cindy manages the company's sales and operational staff and serves on its leadership team. In addition, She has been ranked by Mortgage Originator magazine in the Top 100 Loan Originators by volume for 8 of the last 11 years.  

Cindy believes in teamwork and holds her team to a high ethical and performance standard.  Wearing several hats at Platinum and RPM, Cindy is committed to the continuing education and training of loan officers and truly loves the teaching aspect of her role. She also serves on the faculty of Mortgage Success Source, the nation's largest mortgage training company, and devotes time supporting and educating loan officers across the country.

With RPM Mortgage Inc, in full growth mode, Cindy now spends part of her time recruiting and on-boarding new loan officers and branches to the RPM system.  Cindy loves educating new loan officers on the benefits of RPM Mortgage and is passionate about creating opportunities to help Branch Owners and top originators take their business to a new level.   

Developing Realtor  and referral relationships has been at the core of her loan origination success and Cindy committed 13 years of her career as the in-house lender for the largest privately held real estate company in Los Angeles.  "Embracing Change" is her motto and she enjoys the challenge of redefining her business model each year to keep pace with the fast changing financial environment. 

Cindy graduated from University of the Pacific in Northern California, but is a native of Southern California.  She loves the ocean and her Manhattan Beach community, the town she calls home. When she is not structuring a loan or leading her team, Cindy cherishes her time with her husband and children.  Her two sons, Britton and Sage, are avid football players, but her daughter Austin prefers the soccer field.

Experience, integrity, dedication and the desire for excellence has kept Cindy at the top of her game.  But it is the genuine compassion for people and the ability to build life relationships with her clients that keeps Cindy’s passion for the mortgage industry alive.
