We will be the first to tell you, you can do your own loan modification. However, you wouldn't be here on our website if you could fill out a one-page application and get your modification negotiated. What we do is most of the heavy lifting for you, so you can concentrate on what's important -- your family, health, work, saving money to get back on track, etc. You do what you do best, let us do what we are good at. Gathering the information the banks want, including information the banks don't want, packaging it in a way to help them make a fast and easy decision. If they don't the file goes to an attorney for round two or even three if need be. But they usually give us more than what the homeowners hoped for before it even goes to the attorney.
